Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

• Standard shipping (3–5 business days) — free on orders of 5+ items or ₹2,500+, otherwise ₹150
• Express shipping (1–2 business days) — ₹499
• International shipping available to select countries — rates calculated at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ritual. If a product isn't right for your skin, we accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Opened products can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days if you experience an adverse reaction — reach out to our team first
• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; otherwise a ₹150 label fee applies
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or something's missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll sort it right away, no return required.
